That’s when I started leveraging the behavioral science I had been utilizing for years as a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) and applied it to the unique challenges of staffing in the IDD industry. The results were so encouraging that I knew I needed to share these tools with other providers. And that’s why IDD Leader was launched in 2024.
